In the MJ Method, I share the tactics, techniques, and determination required to foster a training community based on performance, well-being, and happiness to achieve success.


Training for high-functioning athletes who desire to move more and increase capabilities. I am a coach that works with individuals who want to achieve their goals. I focus on movement, strength, conditioning, and sports performance.

The more efficient you are at recovering, the more often you can perform at your best and with less risk of injury. Recovery begins with proper nutrition and hydration and ends with sleep at night.
